Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Suppliers/Consultants for 2014 Budget Implementation
The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) hereby invites interested suppliers/consultants, with relevant experience and capacity in line with the requirements specified in this publication, to submit appropriate documentations for pre-qualification in the bidding process for the procurement of goods and services provided for in its budget for 2014.

Lot B – 3 Nos 30 KVA Inverter
Lot C- Network Scanners
Lot D- Enterprise Antivirus Software
Lot E – Financial Analysis Software
Lot F – Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro
Lot G- Disaster Recovery/Backup Software
Lot H- 1000KVA Generator for Head Office
Lot I- CCTV Cameras for Head Office
Lot J- Communication Consultant
Pre-Qualification Requirements
In order to be considered, interested companies are required to submit the following documents, along with their application.
- Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Memorandum and Article of Association for Limited Liability Companies
- Particulars of Directors (Form C07)
- Company’s profile which should include Directors registered with CAC, list and curriculum vitae of key personnel as well as list of verifiable previous supply of goods/services relevant to the area in which pre-qualification is being sought
- Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years
- Copy of current tax clearance certificate 2010 -2013 verifiable from the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS)
- Evidence of VAT Registration arid other past remittances for the past three years(2011 2013)
- Bank Statements for the past 12 months or evidence of Financial backing from bank(s)
- Certificate of compliance with Pension Reform Act 2004(including Group life)issued by National Pension Commission
- Evidence of OEM Partnership(where relevant)
- Evidence of compliance with section 6(l)-(3)of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act, 2011 issued by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
- Evidence of compliance with the Employees Compensation Act 2010
- Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria
Submission of Bid Documents
All letters of Expression of Interest are to be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked with appropriate lot number at the top right corner and dropped in the bid box at the following address not later than 12noon on 24th June, 2014.

Opening of Bid Documents
The bid documents will be publicly opened in the training room on the 2nd floor of the Commission’s Head Office, located at Plot 1239 Ladoke Akintola Boulevard Garki II, Abuja on 24th June 2014 immediately after the close of bid submission.
Contractors or their representatives, interested members of the public and relevant nongovernmental organisations (NGO) and professional bodies are invited to witness the bid opening.
