Re: Invitation for Expression of Interest for Corporate Affairs Commission Staff/Process Audit

The Corporate Affairs Commission wishes to draw the attention of the general public to the procurement notices published in the Leadership Newspaper of Wednesday April 23rd 2014 and This Day Newspaper, Wednesday April 23rd, 2014.

Please be informed that sequel to the directive of Federal Government that all Government Offices within FCT (except those on essential services) are to be closed from Wednesday. 7th to Friday, 9th May 2014 the procurement notice published in the above mentioned newspapers have been amended as follows:

1.       Closing Date for Submission and Opening of Bid Documents

Interested Companies are to note that due to the above stated reason the closing date for the submission and opening of Expression of Interest has been shifted to Wednesday 14th May 2014 as against earlier date of Wednesday, 7^th May, 2014.

2.       All other pre-qualification requirements listed in the earlier publication remains valid.

3.       The Corporate Affairs Commission reserves the right to inspect or verify claims/information submitted as it deems necessary. Similarly, the office is not bound to any applicant and reserves the right to annul the selection process when unforeseen developments warrant such action, without incurring any liability and assigning any reasons thereof

4.       Any inconvenience caused as a result of the additional information is regretted please.
