Invitation to Pre-Qualify for the Execution of 2014 Projects for INEC Staff Clinic:
1.0 Introduction
The Independent National Electoral Commission invites interested and reputable contractors with relevant experience and good track records to pre-qualify for the under-listed.

2.0 Pre-Qualification Requirements
Prospective Contractors are required to submit the following documents:
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Article of Association
ii. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) consecutive years (2010, 2011 and 2012) corresponding with declared annual turnover
iii. Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance
iv. Evidence of compliance with statutory provision of Section 8. (1)-(3) of the Industrial training Amendment Act, 2011
v. Audited Accounts of the Company for the last three (3) years (2010, 2011 and 2012)
vi. Evidence of VAT Registration and past remittances
vii. Evidence of Financial capability and banking support
viii. Comprehensive Company Profile, listing key personnel stating their roles, designation, qualification and years of experience
ix. Verifiable evidence of availability of appropriate equipment and Technical capability.
x. GSM Number/E-mail of the Company’s Representative
xi. Any other relevant document(s) i.e. Close Proximity to the Geo-political Zone that will place the company on a competitive advantage over others
3.0 Submissions of Pre-Qualification Documents:
All submissions must be delivered in One (1) neatly bounded hard copies in sealed envelope clearly marked “Pre-Qualification Documents for the (Indicate the item at the Top Right Hand Corner of the envelope & the Lot No.) and addressed to:-

4.0 General Information:
i) The deadline for the submission of Pre-qualification documents is Thursday, 19th June, 2014 at 11.00a.m. Opening will be immediately after the deadline at Commission’s Conference Hall First Floor, Maitama, Abuja on Thursday, 19th June, 2014 at 11.00 a.m.
(ii) Only successful Companies from the pre-qualification exercise will be contacted and invited for financial bids.
