Advertisement for Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Provision of Structures in Technical College Lailaba (Phase II)

This is to request for quotation (RFQ) from Civil Engineering firms, Architects, Builders and other interested parties to construct structures at Government Science and Technical College Lailaba Phase II.

2.       Scope of Works

The Scope of works for the project shall includes the following:

A.      4No. Blocks of 3 Classrooms

B.      3No. Students Hostels

C.      1 Library

D.      1 Laboratory

E.      1 Computer Lab

F.      23 Bedroom SSQ

G.      5 No. 2 Bedroom Duplex

H.      2 No. Blocks of 6 No. Cells Pit Latrine

I.       2 VIP Toilets

J.       Construction of Sports pitches

K.      Wall pumps

M.     Fire soft age Devices

3.       Qualification of Firms Responding of the (RFQ)

Civil Engineering firms, Architects, Builders and other interested parties ii presenting quotation must show evidence of:

1. Payment of cooperate taxes PAYE, VAT, TAX etc.
2. Tender Brand Registration Certificate
3. Letters of Confirmation by applicant bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract
4. Certificate of incorporation.
5. Memorandum and Articles of Association.
6. List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and years of experience in the field.
7. List of company/consulting firms, machineries, equipment and instrument
8. List of previous works/services executed and evidence of performance
9. ITF Payments resit.

Deadline for Submission of Quotation

All interested firms are required to submit EOI on or before 13^th March 2014.
