Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors/Suppliers for Year 2013 Tetfund Normal Intervention Project
The Jigawa State College of Education, Gumel wishes to bring to the notice of interested competent and reputable Contractors/Suppliers that the College would carry out Constructions/Procurement under the 2013 TETFund Normal Intervention Project.
LOT 1: Construction of Home Economics Block
LOT 2: Rehabilitation of Biology Laboratory
LOT 3: Furnishing of Biology Laboratory
LOT 4: Rehabilitation of Fine Arts Studios
LOT 5: Construction of 6-Blocks of 6-Cubicle Toilets
LOT 6: Procurement of Office Furniture
Pre-qualification Requirement:
- Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
- Value Added Tax Registration Certificate
- Verifiable Evidence of previous experience in area of interest
- Company Profile
- Three years Audited Accounts/Evidence of Financial Capabilities
- Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act, 2004
- Evidence of compliance with the statutory provision of Section 8 (1)
- (3) of the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011
Submission of Documents:
The application of Pre-Qualification must be submitted in sealed envelopes and boldly marked “Pre-Qualification Documents for Lot______” and should be addressed as follows: The Registrar, Jigawa State College of Education, Gumel, Jigawa State.
Closing Date:
Eligible Contractors/Suppliers are expected to submit relevant document on or before 18th March 2014 and the pre-qualification documents will be publicly opened for processing at 12.00 noon on 18th March, 2014 at the College Conference Room, Jigawa State College of Education, Gumel, Jigawa State. Only qualified companies will be short listed and invited to Tender
