Gubio local Government of Borno State hereby invites reputable and competent suppliers/contractors for pre-qualification of the following projects:
1. Construction of ultra-modern cattle market with fence and mosque in Gubio cattle market
2. Construction of Health clinic at Jilli.
3. Construction of Health clinic at Musalari
4. Construction of Health clinic at Kingowa.
5. Construction of Two Blocks of Two classrooms, Office, and Store at Al-Huda Islamiya Primary School.
6. Construction of Jummat Mosque at Mallam Bukarti Ngetra ward.
7. Driving of Productive motorized Borehole in Goni Abatchari Gubio 1-along Maiduguri road.
8. Drilling of 6” Diametre motorized productive Borehole at Musalari village. 9. Drilling of 6” Diametre motorized productive Borehole at Ardimini village. 10. Drilling of 6” Diametre motorized productive Borehole Dunga village.
11. Complex fencing, Renovation and Plumbing of Slaughter House at Gubio 12. Extensksn of Electricity to 20 Housing units and Kiliyari village
13. Purchase and Supply of Poverty Alleviation materials for Youth and
Women Empowerment.
14. Fencing of Gubio Grave yard
15. Extension of Township Pipe Line and Plumbing of Bangasa and Baba Kaka Bashir Garbai Borehole.
16. Purchase of Generator, Submersible pumps and accessories to Gazabure and Mallam Bukarti Boreholes.
Pre-Qualification Requirements
1. Certificate of incorporation of the company
2. Evidence of Registration as a contractor with Borno State
3. Certificate of Tax clearance for the last 3 years
4. Evidence of financial strength of the company
5. List of key personnel with evidence of proficiency and experience
6. Strength of plant equipment
7. Record of previous executed projects
Submission of Documents
Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Gubio Local Government Secretariat. Submission of pre-qualification document should be done on or before 6th March 2014.
Note: Only successful contractors will be contacted tender after screening please.
