Invitation for Pre-Qualification for the Construction of Hostel Accommodation
1. Introduction
The Nasarawa State Government in its bid to curtail accommodation challenges experienced by students in higher institutions of learning within the state propose to construct hostels with proceeds of bond secured from the capital Market.
2. Description of Project
The Project will involve the construction of Nine (9) Hostel blocks across the Four rig Institutions of learning in the state. Each block has a capacity to carter for 168 no. of students.
a) Lot1: Nasarawa State University Keffi
b) Lot 2: Nasarawa State University Keffi
c) Lot 3: Nasarawa State University Keffi
d) Lot 4 College of Education Akwanga
e) Lot 5: College of Education Akwanga
f) Lot 6: Nasarawa State Polytechnic, Lafia
g) Lot 7: Nasarawa State Polytechnic, Lafia
h) Lot 8: College of Agriculture, Lafia
i) Lot 9: College of Agriculture, Lafia
Pre-Qualification Requirement
a) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b) Evidence of Registration with Nasarawa State Tenders Board
c) Reference Letter from a reputable Bank
d) Evidence of VAT Registration.
e) Evidence of TAX clearance certificate for the last three years.
Submission of Application for Pre-Qualification
Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION” for (State Project) and be delivered not later than 20th February, 2014 and addressed to:
