2. Bid document can only be obtained between 8.30am – 3.30pm on every working day from 8th – 22nd November, 2013. Submission of completed Bid Documents to the Cabinet Department of the Governor’s Office closes by 12noon on Friday 22nd November, 2013.
3. Interested Company/Suppliers should obtain Bidding Document from Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Realm, Secretariat, Ibadan for a non-refundable fee (Bank Draft):
Category A: N200, 000.00
Category B: N100, 000.00
Category C: N25, 000.00
Requirements
Interested reputable Companies/Suppliers will submit the following documents:
i) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
ii) Evidence of Registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement
iii) Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2010, 2011 and 2012)
iv) 2.5% Bid/Tender Security obtained from reputable Bank
v) Verifiable evidence of having successfully carried out similar works/assignment in the last three (3) years, name of client, location of projects, contract sum with certificate of completion/final payment and photograph (where available)
vi) Comprehensive company profile including list of names of key personnel.
vii) Evidence of equipment and technology capacity
viii) Evidence of financial capacity to handle the job from a reputable Bank.
ix) Evidence manufacturers’ representative (for Drugs Supply and Medical Equipment)
x) Any other relevant information that will be helpful in determining the Bidders’ suitability for the work
Verification of Claims
Please note that the Ministry of Realm, Ibadan reserves the rights to verify claims made in the documents submitted by interested bidders
4. All bids must be delivered to: –
Permanent Secretary (Cabinet)
Officer of the Executive Governor
Secretariat,
Ibadan.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend by 12noon on Friday 22nd November, 2013 at the Conference Room of the Cabinet works/assignment in the Department, Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan.
