Invitation for Expression of Interest
The Industrial Training Fund, a Parastatal in the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment with the mandate of manpower training and development in Commerce and Industry is desirous to acquire properties in choice locations to expand its training activities.
The specifications of the desired Properties are as below:

Potential Vendors with Properties falling into these specifications are invited to submit their “Expression of Interest” to sale which should include “Terms of Sale” and accompanied with photo-copies of:
i) Approved Building Plan of the Property
ii) Certificate/Right of Occupancy
iii) Deed of Assignment in sealed envelope marked at the right corner Expression of Offer for Sale of Landed Property” and addressed to:

Jos, Plateau State
Expressions shall be submitted at the Office of the Director, Procurement Department where Official Receipt shall be issued to acknowledge receipt.
The Invitation shall close by 12.00 noon on Tuesday, 17th December, 2013. Thereafter the Expressions shall be opened immediately for evaluation.
Eligibility Requirement
Interested companies should submit Expression along with the following:
i) Evidence of Registration with CAC.
ii) Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
iii) Evidence of VAT Registration.
iv) Evidence of compliance with Pension Reforms Act, 2004.
v) Evidence of compliance with ITF Amended Act, 2011.
vi) Evidence of Registration with relevant Professional Regulatory body.
vii) Details of Company Profile.
Only eligible Vendors with Properties that meet the specified specification shall be contacted for physical inspection and verification of documents tendered.
