- 4. Requirements
- Evidence of registration with the Board.
- Evidence of registration with Enugu State Ministry of Works & Infrastructure
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
- Evidence of Tax clearance for the last three (3) years (2010-2013).
- Evidence of VAT registration and remittances.
- Evidence of similar jobs executed (if any)
- Evidence of payment of non-refundable tender processing fee of N20, 000.000 = (Twenty Thousand Naira) = Twenty thousand naira) only.
- Evidence of financial capability to execute the project (Bank statement for the last 6 months)
- Company Audited Account for the last 3 years (2010 – 2012)
- Company profile (Verifiable address, Technical capacity, equipment)
- 5. Collection of Tender Documents
Interested contractors/companies should collect a complete set of standard tender documents from the office of the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics Department, Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB), Enugu on evidence of payment of a non-refundable Tender fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only into ENSUBEB ACCOUNT 5030046478, FIDELITY BANK PLC. Receipt must be obtained for all payments.
- 6. Submission of Documents
All completed tender documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Planning, research and Statistics Department, Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board, Enugu with Lot No. Tendered for written at the upper left hand corner of the envelope.
Closing/Opening Date
The submission of documents doses at 12 noon on Thursday 7th November, 2013 and the Tender bids’ 10.00am on Tuesday November 12th 2013 at the ENSUBEB Headquarters, Independence Layout, Enugu.
Please Note
i. Tendering shall be by open tendering method.
ii. Bidders may bid for more than one project.
iii. All costs incurred by bidders as a response to this invitation and subsequent requests shall be borne by the respective contractors/companies iv. The Board is not under any obligation to award the contract to the lowest bidder.
