Department of Administration and Finance
- Procurement of Office Equipment and Furniture
Scope of Work:
Procurement of office furniture and equipment
- Procurement of 4Nos Utility Vehicles
Scope of Work:
- One Number of 2.0 Automatic Petrol Engine, 4 Speed Fabric Transmission with Air-Conditions, Power-Steering, Power Window/Door, Fog Lamp, Seat Belt, Fabric Seat, ABS Air Bag, Central Lock, Keyless Entry, CD, Alloy Wheel, Am/Fm radio.

3. Procurement Of Public Address Van Fitted With Necessary Equipments
Scope of Work:
1No 15 Seaters Bus, Petrol Engine, 5-Speed manual, Transmission, Power Steering, 2.7 liter Engine INTI, Air-Bag, CD, Seat Belt with Am/Fm Radio/Cassette player with fixed communication equipment, public Address System, Accessories, 4No Speakers with Adequate connection Cables Generator.
- Installation of Speed Breakers and Road Marking and Signs
Scope of Work:
Supply and installation of Plastic Speed bumps Traffic Signs, Bollards, Zebra Marking and Road Marking in FCT.
- Perimeter Fencing and Installation of Security Devices in FCT Motor Parks/Terminals
Scope of Work:
- Construction of Perimeter fencing and Gate house at the Transit Terminals.
- Installation of CCTV Cameras and Control Rooms at the Transit Terminals.

A. Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested firms are to forward copies of the following documents: –
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Articles of Memorandum of Association complete with up to date returns with the CAC.
- Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years (2011, 2012, 2013) with Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Evidence of Registration with and up to date (August 2013) remittance of Pension Fund to the National Pension Commission in compliance with the provision of the Pension Reform Act.
- Evidence of up to date (August 2013) ITF contribution in compliance with ITF amendment Act, 2011.
- Companies Audited Account for last three (3) years prepared by a Chartered Accounting Firm.
- Bank statement of the company for the last twelve (12) months and reference letter from a reputable Nigerian Bank (original).
- Company profile showing list of key personnel officers to be used for the project stating their roles, designation, qualification and experience (Enclose duly signed photocopies of professional certificates of the respective officer in blue ink where applicable, please).
- List of verifiable documentary evidences of similar jobs successfully executed or being executed within the last three years in the form of Award letter, Completion Certificate or an Engagement letter.
- List of equipment to be used for the project and their locations. State whether equipment are on lease, hired or owned.
- Sworn affidavit in line with the provisions of Part IV, section 16, sub-section 6 (e-f) of the Public Procurement Act, 2007.
B. Submission of the Prequalification/ Tendering Documents:
The submission is to consist of one (1) original and two (2) duplicate copies in a sealed envelope indicating the name of the Project and the Department. The sealed envelope should be dropped in the Tender Box at: Akinola Aguda Hall (Tender Office) Archives & History Bureau, No.5, Peace Drive (Beside Agis), Area 11, Garki-Abuja on or before 12.00 noon, on 6th October 2014.
C. Opening of Bids Documents
All submitted documents would be opened on the same day, immediately after the closing time (12:00 noon) at Akinola Aguda Hall (Tender Office) Archives & History Bereau, No.5, Peace Drive (Beside Agis), Area 11, Garki-Abuja. Consultants or their representatives are expected to be present at the opening.
