Invitation to Bid for Pre-Qualification

Sequel to the approval by Gombe State Government for the repositioning and re- invigorating of the Board of Internal Revenue of the State, notice is hereby given to interested Building/Engineering companies, firms, and general suppliers to bid for pre-qualification on the following works:-

1. Restructuring of front office
2. Furnishing/equipping of 7 MLA offices and the front office of the Board.
3. Procurement of system/computers
4. Establishment of a Tax Payer database

Condition for Eligibility

Prospective applicants are required to required to submit their expression of interest with evidences of the following:-

1. Evidence of registration with corporate affairs commission
2. Current tax clearance certificate and VAT certificate
3. Evidence of previous similar jobs executed
4. Evidence of registration with State Government (BOIR)
5. Company profile

Submission

All submission must be accompanied with a bank draft of Twenty thousand Naira (N20, 000.00) non-refutable fee payable to Board of Internal Revenue Account UBA Plc No. 1013732654 domicile with the BOIR, and addressed to the Chairman/Permanent Secretary Board of Internal Revenue in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “REPOSITIONING & RE-INVIGORATING OF BOIR”.

Closing Date

All prospective applicants should submit their applications as mentioned above not later than 2^nd May, 2014. Pre-qualification submissions will be publicly opened in the Board room at 3:00pm prompt on the same date in the presence of all stakeholders.

Please note that the Board reserves the right to verify, accept and or reject documents without further reference to the bidders.
