Introduction:
EKCiSHAN in partnership with the Ekiti State AIDS Control Agency (EKSACA) under the World Bank HIV/AIDS Program Development Project II (HPDP 2) seeks to strengthen/enhance the capacity of its members on effective community healthcare services delivery through innovations and reforms. To this end, EKCiSHAN requires Consultancy Services that will support capacity building and system strengthening for CSOs working on HIV/AIDS in Ekiti State for two semesters (4 Months/Per Semester). Request for both technical and financial proposals are hereby invited from reputable Consultancy Firms/Training institutes that wish to be considered for the assignment.
Scope of Services:
The scope of services for this consultancy includes the following:
i) Develop a detailed Concept paper on training content, methodology, sequence and frequency of the training session on suggested relevant topics covering (a) CSOs governance structure/system strengthening and (b) HIV programmatic areas in line with Nigeria National Strategic plan
ii) Develop a training manual detailing course outline/modules with relevant instructional materials that will guide the implementation of the training
iii) Facilitate the training sessions and give a comprehensive report on the training and evaluation process for strategic recommendations
Requirement:
Interest Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service (Brochure, Description of similar assignment, availability of appropriate skills among staff). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualification. Firms/Institutes wishing to submit Expression of Interest EOI are requested to forward their documents containing the following information;
- Evidence of registration/incorporation to provide services in the area of project management, Resource mobilization, Financial Management, Consultancy Services, Procurement, Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Comprehensive list of mix of technical Staff to be deployed
- Evidence of Technical experience/competence including evidence of similar assignments implemented (verifiable track record in capacity building)
The financial proposal, stating how the firm wishes to be rewarded, should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.
Hard copy and E-copy of proposal in triplicate should be addressed and delivered on or before 16th April, 2014 to the Project Coordinator in the address below.
