1.0 Invitation to Tender
Tenders are hereby invited from reputable and qualified Automobile Suppliers for supply of four (4) Toyota Hilux Van Double Cabin and one (1) Toyota Eighteen seater bus for the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Secretariat, Ibadan.
2.0 Tender Qualification
The tender must produce the followings:
(i) Evidence of Company’s Certificate of Incorporation
(ii) Company’s Tax Clearance for 3 years
(iii) Personal Income Tax Clearance of two (2) Directors of the Company to date
(iv) Evidence of Technical and Management capability
(v) Certificate of Business Premises
(vi) Payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira) Only
(vii) Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement
3.0 Tender/Bid Document
Interested suppliers are to obtain tender document from the Director, Administration and Supplies of the Ministry of Physical Planning & Urban Development Secretariat, Ibadan between 8.30am and 3.30pm every working day. Also, the sealed bid which should be submitted to the Secretary, State Tenders Board, Cabinet Department, Room 24, Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan must be submitted not later than 4.00pm on Monday, 2nd March, 2015.
4.0 Opening of Bids
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at a determined date to be communicated later at the Conference Room, Cabinet Department of the Governor’s Office, Please note that the Tenders Board is not bound to accept the lowest or any particular tender as due process will apply.
