Advertisement of Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Procurement of Motorized Borehole Maintenance Spair Parts Accessories
Project Contract No: KBST/MWRD/289/2014
(1) Procurement of Motorized Borehole maintenance Spare Parts and Accessories.
(2) The Scope of Works for the Supply Shall Include the Following:-
- 1HP Submersible Pump
- 75 Submersible Pump
- Gear Switch 200 AH
- Change Over Switch
- 1 1/2 riser Pipes
- 2HP Submersible Pump
- 3HP Submersible Pump
- 4KW Submersible Pump
- Battery 12 Volt 70AH
(3) Qualification of Firms Responding To the (RFQ)
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of water materials etc in presenting quotation must show clear evidence of:-
- Payment of Corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc.
- Kebbi State Tenders Board Registration Certificate.
- Letter of Confirmation by applicant’s bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
- Certificate of incorporation for companies/consulting firms
- Memorandum and ARTICLES OF
- Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable.
- List of company /consulting firms machineries. Equipment and instruments
- List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance
- List of Company/consulting firms personel including qualification and year of experience in the field.
(4) Deadline for Submission of Quotation
All interested companies are to submit their quotation of project on or before 27th November, 2014.
The ministry of water resources and rural development Kebbi State reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet requirement,
