Pre-Qualification of Contracts

Tenders are hereby invited from suitably qualified Companies/Contractors who are duly registered with College of Education, Zing in Taraba State for the execution of the following TETFUND SPECIAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS, 2013.

Project Description

1. Procurement of Toyota Hilux pic-up Van.
2. Procurement of 30 seater coaster Bus
3. Procurement Desk – top computers (Model will be specified during tender documents presentation)
4. Procurement of office Furniture
5. Procurement of Lap-Top Computers

Pre-Qualification Requirements

1. Evidence of companies Registration on with Co­rporate affairs commission.
2. Evidence of Registration with Ministry of Works
3. Evidence of Registration with College of Education, Zing
4. Current Tax clearance certificate for 3 years
5. Evidence of Similar supplies made in recent years
6. Evidence of Financial capabilities from Banks
7. Evidence of payment of 1 % staff annual salaries to ITF

Submission of Tender Documents

Only contractors that are able to meet the Pre- Qualification requirements and conditions stated above would be allowed to tender on payment of a non refundable tender fees of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira only) payable in cash to the Bursary department cashier in Zing.

All completed tender documents would be returned on Monday 30^th day of June, 2014.

Tenders would be opened on Tuesday 01/07/2014 by

2:00pm in the College Conference Hall.
