Invitation to Tender
The Oyo State Government through Oyo State Rural Electrification Board wishes to invites Qualified Contractors to Tender for Execution of 2013 Electrification Projects that will cut across various Local Government Areas of Oyo State.
2. These Project are:-
- Electrification of Ifelodun Akoto Community in Oluyole LGA
- Electrification of Ayingun Village in Oluyole LGA
- Electrification of Idiroko Olonade Soka Area in Oluyole LGA
- Electrification of Oloruntedo Community in Akinyele LGA
- Electrification of Akuro Zone A Community Olorisa-Oko via Moniya in Akinyele LGA
- Improvement of Electricity at Ogunremi Village in Ido LGA
- Improvement of Electricity at Colbert Davis Layout Gbongudu in Lagelu LGA
- Improvement of Electricity at Jenriyin/ Adeyipo / Akoka Community in lagelu LGA
- Electrification of Mobolorunduro Community in Oluyole LGA
- Electrification of Ifelajulo Ese Oke Community in Egbeda LGA
- Improvement of Electricity at Ire Akari Community in Ido LGA

- Extension of Electricity at Aafin lyanu via Ologuneru in Ido LGA
- Electrification of Oorelope Community Near Zartech, Oluyole Extension Ido LGA
- Purchase of 150mm2 Aluminium Conductor.
- Purchase of 2 Nos Toyota Hilux Van for Project Monitoring.
- Purchase of Electric Transformer and other Electric Materials.
3. Bid Requirements:-
- Evidence of Registration with Bureau of Public procurement Office of the Governor, Secretariat, Ibadan
- Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Tax clearance certificate of the Company for the last 3 years and that of at least two (2) Directors of the Company
- Evidence of current Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Government
- Evidence of similar project successfully executed in the past
- Evidence of Registration with the Federal Ministry of Power.
4. Tender Fee
Interested bidders are expected to pay a non refundable fees of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) in favour of Oyo State Government Tender Account No. 0121754507 code 4030037 at Wema Bank, Agodi, Ibadan or First Bank Secretariat, Ibadan Account No. 2012411197 code 4030037. And Administrative charges of N10,000.00 to access Bank, Iwo Road Account No. 0029655562.
5. Method of Application
Tender document are obtained from the office of the General Manager, Oyo State Rural Electrification Board Agodi, Ibadan between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00p.m every working day. Completed bid application must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked (OYSREB 2013/CAPITAL PROJECT/DECEMBER 2013) on or before 3rd February, 2013 from 8.00am to 4.00p.m daily to:

The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders at the Conference Room, Office of the Governor at a date to be communicated to them.
6. Note that shortlisted Contractors will be contacted and Late Application
Shall Not Be Considered.
Government is NOT BOUND TO ACCEPT LOWEST TENDERS PLEASE.
