- Nasarawa State Independent Electoral Commission wishes to bring to the notice of the general public and interested competent and reputable contractors/suppliers that we intend to carryout procurement and work of the underlisted goods and services for the forth coming Local Government Elections
1) Printing Form NASIEC 001, Form NASIEC 002, Form NASIEC 003 and 004, Form NASIEC 005, Form NASIEC 4F, FORM NASIEC 4G
2) Printing of Nomination Forms for Chairmanship/Councillorship
3) Printing of Official election Envelopes
4) Printing and supply of NASIEC Bags
5) Printing of Single Certificate of Validity of Nomination of Contest
6) Printing of Single Certificate of Return
7) Printing of Election Guidelines
8) Printing of Election Training manual
9) Printing of NASIEC T-shirts and Caps
10) Supply NSIEC official envelopes
11) Supply of inscripted NASIEC Writing Pen (Blue and Red)
12) Production of Poll station Materials (ink, Stamp pads, Stamps etc)
13) Supply of A4 Reams of papers
14) Production of Laminated Tags and Stickers for election duty
15) Production of Enlightenment posters
16) Production of Bill Boards
17) Production of Ballot Boxes
18) Hiring of Vehicle services
19) Production of Election Apron
2. Requirements
The following Tender documents are required:
1) A copy of Certificate of Incorporation/Business registration.
2) Photocopies of VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of VAT remittances
3) Current Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
4) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed
5) Evidence of technical, operational and managerial capabilities.
6) Sworn affidavit affirming that all information being provided by the Tender are true and correct in all particulars and that no officer of any relevant Procurement/ Tender Committee(s) of Nasarawa State Independent Electoral Commission is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the Tender.

3. Submission
All interested contractors/ suppliers are expected to submit relevant documents in a sealed envelopes marked NSIEC 2014. Closing date is 4th February, 2014 at 10.00am and Opp. UBA Bank, Ajuji House Jos Road, Lafia should be submitted by hand or registered mail addressed to:

a) This Notice is not an invitation to bid
b) Only selected contractors/suppliers adjudge technically responsive and considered for competitive tender will be invited to bid.
c) NASIEC will not enter into any correspondence with any unsuccessful Tenderer.
d) This advertisement shall not be construed as commitment on the part of Nasarawa State Independent Electoral Commission or shall it entitled responding contractors/supplier responding to this tender
