1. Introduction
In pursuance of her objectives of providing qualitative health care in the State, Ekiti State Government intends to procure essential Medical Equipment for the Government House Clinic through the State Ministry of Health.
2. Scope of the Project
The Ministry of Health hereby invites Bids from reputable, competent and interested Companies for the procurement and installation of the under listed Medical Equipment:

3. Qualification Requirements
To qualify for consideration, Tenders must be accompanied with the following documents:
- Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission;
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years;
- Evidence of similar works successfully completed over the past four years;
- Detailed and comprehensive Personnel profile (Technical and management staff);
- Banker’s statement of Financial capability;
- Evidence of compliance with Technical Specification e.g Brochure and Manufacturers Authorization.
- Evidence of payment of Development Levies in Ekiti State in the last three (3) consecutive years
- Evidence of current registration of Business premises with Ekiti State Government.
- Evidence of registration with Ekiti State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)
- Bids are to be accompanied by 3% Bid security fee in certified Bank cheque.
Payment of Tender Fees:
Prospective applicants are expected to pay a non-refundable tender fee of forty five thousand (N45,000) naira only and ten thousand (N10,000) for extra lots in favour of Ekiti State Government Account Number:

4. Collect1on of Tender Documents
The detailed specifications of the Medical Equipment are as contained in the Tenders Documents which is available for collection at the Department of Planning Research and Statistics, Ministry of Health, State Secretariat Complex, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
Interested Companies are to obtain Tender documents on presentation of evidence of payment of non-refundable tender fee.
Submission of Tenders:
All Tenders should be addressed to:
The Permanent Secretary,
State Tenders Board,
c/o Cabinet and Special Services Department,
Office of the Executive Governor,
Ado-Ekiti.
To reach the above on or before 12 noon 12th May, 2014.
The completed tender documents should be submitted in sealed envelope and must be dropped in the Tenders Box in the Cabinet and Special Services Department, Office of the Governor, Ado-Ekiti, with the title of the project boldly written at the top right hand corner of the envelope.
Closing Date:
Submission of Tender closes 12th May, 2014 by 12 noon, while opening of Tenders will take place at 12 noon same day at the same place in the presence of all bidders or their representatives.
