 Introduction

Clean Nigeria Associates Limited/Gte. (CNA) is a Second Tier Oil Spill Response company with main bases at:

• Onne, Rivers State
• Warri, Delta State

CNA invites interested bidders to submit financial bids for the purchase of her used FAST RESPONSE VESSELS (FRV) and other accessories situated at Federal Lighter Terminal, Onne (2nos FRV) and New Port, Warri (2nos FRV) and other accessories

Bids for each of items 1 to 4 above must be in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF CNA FRV”

• CNA Ltd/Gte reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
• CNA Ltd/Gte will deal only with authorized officers of the tendering companies not through individuals or agents
• All vessels can be inspected at Warri and Onne
• Schedule of Payments: 100% and must be paid within 48 hours of award by certified banker’s
• Sale will be awarded to the highest bidder.
• CNA is not obligated to sell vessels to only one vendor.
• The successful vendor(s) shall be responsible for the logistics cost in conveying the Vessel(s) and accessories out of the CNA Base(s) via land or marine transportation after due transfer of ownership.
