Invitation for Prequalification of Contractors for the Procurement of Equipment for ESWAMA
The Enugu State Waste Management Authority on behalf of the State Government intends to procure some equipment for its operations in the state. The equipment are listed as follows:
Lot 1: Procurement of SWINGO City Ranger 2250 Three Brushes Road Sweepers
Lot 2: Procurement of British Bin Dumpsters
Lot 3: Procurement of Bulldozers
Lot 4: Procurement of Tippers
Thus the ESWAMA is inviting bids for the prequalification of contractors/firms to carry out the project.
Prequalification Requirements
1. Evidence of incorporation or registration of business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Three years tax clearance certificate for 2011, 2012 and 2013.
3. Evidence of financial capacity (bank’s reference)
4. Corporate profile with evidence of having carried out similar project in the past three years
5. Verifiable and functional business office
6. Evidence of payment of processing fee of N20,000 into a designated account
7. Pre-qualified contractors must provide at least 2% bid security to accompany their financial bids.
Submission of Pre-qualification Documents
Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the project clearly indicated at the top left corner of the envelope. All applications must be delivered to the address below on or before 13th May 2014 and be clearly marked “Application to Pre-qualify for the Procurement of Equipment for ESWAMA.
