Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Supply Buses/Taxes/Renovation of General Hospitals at Bali Bambur and Wukari, all Located in Taraba State

A.      Ministry of social welfare youth and sports, the implementation of SURE-P for Taraba State, invites reputable and competent contractors to Indicate interest for pre-qualification to execute the under listed contracts/projects

B.      Pre-Qualification and Bidding Evaluation Criteria

It is expected that bidders should be reputable and technically competent with veritable track records of performance in the above mentioned projects. Therefore, all interested bidders wishing to bid for the execution of these projects must have the following pre-qualifications.

(a)     Evidence of incorporation with the cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC)

(b)               Tax clearance certificates for the last three years.

(c)     Evidence of financial capability and Bank bond where applicable.

C.      Submission of Prequalification and Tender Document

The pre-qualification documents must be submitted in sealed envelope and clearly

marked “pre-qualification to Bid” (Taraba Sure-P Implementation) with company

name, address and phone numbers at the back of the envelop.

(a)     All applications should be submitted and addressed to the permanent secretary, Ministry of Social Welfare Youth and Sports, State Secretariat Jalingo, Taraba State on or before 14^th March 2014.

D.      Bid Documents

Qualified contractors are to collect their bid documents on payment of non-refundable fee of N20,000 as from 17th – 19th February, 2014, while the opening of the bid documents will be immediately after expiring on 14^th March 2014.
