Invitation for Pre Qualification on Tetfund Projects for Years 2009/2010/2011/2012 (Merged) Library Development
The Governing Council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, invites interested and qualified Contractors for pre-qualification on the following projects:
(a) Procurement of 964 Volumes of Books

(b) Procurement of 956 Volumes of Books
TETF UNIV/OGBOMOSO/LIB/09-12/02-LOT2
(c) Procurement of 931 Volumes of Books
TETF UNIV/OGBOMOSO/LIB/09-12/03-LOT3
(d) Procurement of Reference Books and Local Journals TETF UNIV/OGBOMOSO/LIB/09-12/04-LOT4
(e) Procurement of Various Foreign Journals

(f) Automation of Medical Library (Osogbo) Installation of 3M Library Security System (Ogbomoso) and installation of CCTV in the Library (Ogbomoso)

Pre-Qualification Requirements
(1) Evidence of incorporation or business name registration
(2) Registration with LAUTECH in relevant category
(3) Company Audited Account for 3 years.
(4) Evidences of Tax Clearance Certificate for 3 years.
(5) Evidence of payment of education tax (as applicable).
(6) Evidence of Financial Capability
(7) Experiences/Technical qualification and experiences of key personnel
(8) Similar verifiable projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry.
(9) Equipment and technical capacity.
(10) Annual Turnover.
(11) VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances
(12) Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act No. 19 of 2011.
(13) Evidence of payment of non refundable pre-qualification fee of N50.000 for any LOT through Bank Draft in favour of LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, OGBOMOSO, to be exchanged for University official receipt at the Bursary Department.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
(a) The Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in a binder of five (5) copies per LOT in a wax-sealed envelope to be addressed to the Ag. Registrar, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. The envelope will be marked “Pre-Qualification” with the appropriate project/LOT, name of the contract boldly written on the top of the envelope and to be dropped in a tender box in the Office of the Registrar, not later than 31st July, 2014.
Only pre-qualified/successful Companies will be invited to collect Tenders documents.
Submission closes 31st July, 2014 by 12. Noon.
Late Submission Will Not Be Accepted.
