Requirements for Pre-qualification:
1. Company’s Certificate of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Last three (3) Years Tax clearance certificate covering the period 2010, 2011 and 2012
3. Capacity to complete the job on time
Submission of Pre-qualification Documents:
The pre-qualification documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked at the top left corner “Pre-Qualification Document for the Procurement and Installation of Digital Library at the New Modern Library Complex at Ugurube Layout and addresses to the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Education, Umuahia Abia State to reach her not later than 16th October 2013.
