Request for Proposal from Facility Management Companies for the Provision of Power and General Management of Mutual Alpha Courts Estate.
Mutual Benefits Homes and Properties Ltd now invites Expression of Interest/Request for Proposals (RFPs) from reputable Facility Management Companies for the purpose of generally managing the Estate and providing Power within the Estate for use by residents.
Proposals from reputable Facility Management Companies will be greatly considered. The ideal vendor(s) will have certified knowledge and verifiable capacity and experience in the Facility Management Industry especially as it relates to the Real Estate Sector.
The project to be bidded for is a new Estate; Mutual Alpha Courts which comprises 58 Units of 4 Bedroom Terrace Duplexes + Two Bedroom Flats attached to them. Mutual Alpha Courts is a new and unique contemporary themed development located on Africa Road, Off Funsho Williams Avenue (Western Avenue) and serviced with industry standard facilities.
Proposals for separate bids for provision of general facility management services and power plant respectively shall be accepted.
Companies bidding for the provision of Private Power facilities must present evidence of registration with the National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC)
General Requirements
Interested and competent companies wishing to manage the above mentioned Estate for Mutual Homes must submit the following documents for verification:
- Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
- Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years as at when due
- Comprehensive company profile including registered address, functional contact email address, telephone number(s)
- Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past or currently being managed by the company
- Reference letter from a bank stating financial ability to carry out such service(s)
- Current company’s audited Statement of account
- Evidence of Employees’ Retirement Savings Account (RSA) with Pension Fund Administrator
- Evidence of remitting Employer and Employees’ Pension Contribution to appropriate Pension Fund Custodian
- For the Power Company, Evidence of Registration with the National Electricity Regulatory Commission is MANDATORY
