Invitation to Tender
- Introduction:
In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, Galaxy Backbone Limited hereby invites interested companies to tender for the implementation of SAP All in One Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution.
- Eligibility/Requirement
Interested and competent vendors wishing to carry out the project must have necessary competence and possess the following:
- Evidence of registration/incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Certified True Copy (CTC) of Memorandum of Association
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years
- Certificate of pension compliance issued by PENCOM
- Certificate of compliance with Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
- CTC of returns of particulars of Directors
- CTC of 3 years Company Annual Returns to Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of VAT, WHT & PAYE deduction and remittance
- Letter of reference from bankers
- Letter from vendor providing bank account details and TIN Number.
- Sworn Affidavit of relationship of firm with Procuring Entity
- Verifiable documentary evidence of having successfully executed similar project in the past
- Company profile detailing experience/technical qualification of key staff
- Evidence of Financial Capability from a Reputable Commercial Bank
- A sworn statement that the company is not in receivership or financially/legally encumbered
- Evidence of partnership with the OEM
- Collection of Tender Documents
Interested companies are expected to collect tender documents containing detailed specification for the project from the Procurement Unit of Galaxy Backbone Limited, 1st Floor, Bank Of Industry Building, Central Area, Abuja, after payment of non refundable fee of N25.000.00 (in bank draft).
- Submission Of Tender Documents
- The documents should be arranged in the order listed and each chapter separated by dividers
- Three copies of Technical and Financial tenders should be submitted in separate envelopes and clearly marked as either “Technical” or “ Financial” Tender appropriately and put together in a bigger envelope, which should be marked “ INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP ALL IN ONE ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SOLUTION” and addressed to:

Important Information
- Tenders must be submitted not later than July 14th, 2014 at 11:30am. Prompt
- Bidders are advised to register their bids before submission
- This advert shall not be construed to be a commitment from Galaxy, nor shall it entail any bidder to make any claim(s) whatsoever and seek indemnity from Galaxy by virtue of that bidder having responded to this advertisement
- Galaxy reserves the right to reject any or all the bid document
- Tender documents submitted late shall be rejected.
