Expression of Interest (EOI) in Hospitality Management Services
1.0 Introduction:
1.1 Our Association has developed a centre for Excellence and Intellectual Capacity Building. The centre comprises fifty-four (54no.) guestrooms, a 1,000-capacity conference hall and other basic and ancillary spaces. In view of this, the organization wishes to request for Expression of Interest (Eol) from reputable companies with cogent experience in management of hospitality outfits like hotels, resorts, guest houses, etc.
2.0 EOI Requirements:
(a) Evidence of Incorporation by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
(b) Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificates for the immediate past three (3) years, i.e. 2012, 2013 & 2014;
(c) Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance;
(d) Evidence of Registration by National Pension Commission (NPC), current Compliance certificate and Remittance into Retirement Savings Accounts (RSA);
(e) Evidence of Registration of Firm with relevant professional regulatory Body/bodies;
(f) Detailed Company Profile indicating amongst others, the area of core competence of the firm and that of principal(s);
(g) Profile (CV) of key management staff, stating their qualifications and experiences;
(h) Evidence of firm’s relevant past experience in hotel management;
3.0 Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI)
One (1no.) original and three (3no.) copies of Expression of Interest (Eol) documents should be forwarded in sealed envelopes clearly marked, “Hospitality Management Services” and addressed to; c/o Joshua Ogbaje, National Christian Centre,
Central Area, Abuja
All submissions should be deposited at: Same address as 3.0 above.
4.0 Additional Information;

5.0 Deadline/Closing Date for Submission:
The deadline for submission is 20th August, 2015 at 12:00 noon.
The documents received shall be opened same day, immediately after the close of submissions.
6.0 Late Submission:
Late submission shall be rejected.
7.0 All bidders and/or their representatives are invited to witness the public opening of Expression of Interest (EOI).
8.0 Non-Refundable Fees:
Successful bidders shall be requested to pay ₦100,000.00 (One hundred thousand naira) only non-refundable fee, in favour of Jubilee Resort and Leadership Centre.
9.0 Disclaimer:
This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Jubilee Resort and Leadership Centre (the Client) to appoint any of the bidders nor shall it entitle any bidder, submitting documents to claim an indemnity from Jubilee Resort and Leadership Centre (the Client).
9.1 Jubilee Resort and Leadership Centre (the Client) is not bound to shortlist any bidder, and reserves the right to annul the selection process at any stage without incurring any liability and assigning any reason thereof.
