For Copier Maintenance Contract

The United States Embassy, Abuja requires the service of an experienced contractor for the provision of copier maintenance services for its offices. The copier machines are of Canon and Panasonic specifications. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.

Firms responding to this announcement on or before the closing date should have the following criteria:

(1)     Be able to understand written and spoken English.

(2)     Evidence that the company operates an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing.

(3)     Evidence demonstrating prior experience in copier maintenance, preferably Panasonic and Canon with past performance information and references.

(4)     Evidence that the company can provide necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources needed to perform the work.

(5)     Must be able to respond to maintenance requests at a short notice.

(6)     Evidence of registration with CAC.
