All interested bidders are invited to contact the Sales Agents stated in the schedule above for guided inspection of the properties and further inquiries.
Bidding Conditions
Bids together with 10% of the bid amount in Certified Bank Draft/Cheque should be submitted in a Sealed envelope with “Bid for Landed Property” inscribed on the top left corner of the envelop. Bidders may obtain the account details for the payment of the 10% deposit from the respective NDIC offices, where necessary. The bid should indicate Name, Address and Telephone Numbers. The successful bidder will be required to pay the balance of the bid price within 30 days of notification while unsuccessful bidders will get a refund of their deposits immediately. The property is sold “as is” and “net”.
Submission of Bids
Bids should be submitted to the office of the Sales Agent indicated above or The Director, Asset Management Department, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, Lagos Office Annexe, NECOM House (25th Floor), 15 Marina, Lagos on or before 4.00pm on Tuesday 12th May, 2015.
Opening of Bids
Submitted bids shall be opened in the presence of all bidders on Thursday 14th May, 2015 by 12 noon prompt, in the office of The Director, Asset Management Department, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, as stated above.
