Request for Expression of Interest as Consultant to New IoD House Project
The Institute of Directors Nigeria (IoD Nigeria) intends to appoint Consultants for the development of the proposed IoD House in Lagos, Nigeria. Reputable firms of Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers are hereby invited to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the project.
Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified by sending their detailed profile, description of similar assignments, experience and availability to work with the Institute.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
Two (2) copies of the EOI should be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked, Expression of Interest for Consultants for IoD Nigeria House Project and addressed to:

53 Glover Road Ikoyi, Lagos.
The closing date for submission is Friday 19th September, 2014 by 4 p.m. Interested consultants are expected to sign the EOI register at 53 Glover Road, Ikoyi before dropping the tenders. EOI sent by post or courier will not be accepted. EOI received after this date shall be considered late and will not be accepted.

All applicant should note that:
- Nothing in this advert shall be construed to be a commitment by the Institute of Directors Nigeria.
- Failure to comply with any of the above instructions or provide any of the above listed documents may automatically result in disqualification.
- The institute shall not enter into any correspondence with unsuccessful applicants.
- Only Consultants capable of executing the project would be contacted.
