Re-Invitation for Pre-Qualification for Projects at the Federal Polytechnic, Idah

Addendum

Reference to the Advertisements placed by the Federal Polytechnic, Idah in relation to pre-qualification of contractors for Tetfund Special intervention Projects (SIP) and Normal Intervention Projects (NIP) in the following newspapers and Federal Tenders Journal:

Federal Tenders Journal- January 12th- Sunday January 25^th 2015.

Daily Trust Newspaper – 30th December, 2014.

Nigerian Tribune Newspaper- 30^th December, 2014

The following amendments are hereby made with effect to some of the contents of the said advertised projects.

Lot 15 – Procurement of 2 No Toyota Hilux Vans is hereby expunged in compliance with new Federal Government Policy on preference for procurement of Locally Assembled Vehicles.

Under list of mandatory requirements, Expression of Interest should be ignored as it relates to Consultancy Services only.

For the avoidance of doubt, we are clearly re-emphasizing the following;

(1)     Evidence of compliance certificate of Incorporation and Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

(2)     Evidence of Company’s Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2011, 2012, and 2013).

(3)     Evidence of Compliance Certificate with the provision of section 6(1) (3) of the amended Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act. No. 19 of year 2011.

(4)     Evidence of Current Pension Clearance Certificate from PENCOM.

(5)     All bids shall be submitted before the deadline stated earlier (10^th February, 2015) and the bids opening takes place immediately.
