Public Display Exercise On the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) of the Proposed Shoreline Protection and Residential Office Building Project At Ajah – Lekki, Eti-Osa LGA, Lagos State By Stresert Services Limited.
In accordance with the provision of the Environmental impact Assessment (EIA) Act CAP E12 LFN 2004, which makes it mandatory for proponents of all new major development activities to carry out Environmental Impact Assessment of their proposed projects, the Federal Ministry of Environment hereby announces a twenty-one (21) working days Public Notice for information and comments on the draft EIA report submitted by Stresert Services Limited.
Project Description
The proposal project is a mixed-use (residential/office) complex to be built close to the shores of the lagoon at Ajah-Lekki, Lagos State. Due to the peculiar nature of the lagoon front and the protection of the environment, the project would also encompass shoreline protection using sheet piles. The proposed project will be located on a total land space of 18.21 Flacters within Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State.
