Invitation to Tender for Facility Management Services at Nigerian Communications Commission
In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Nigerian Communications Commission intends to engage a competent company with proven experience and good track records to provide facility management services in its corporate head office. To this end, interested Companies are invited to submit tender for the work.

Eligibility Criteria:
Interested Companies that wish to participate in the exercise are required to
Submit the following documents:
- Evidence of Incorporation and registration with CAC.
- Tax clearance Certificate for the proceeding 3 years i.e 2011, 2012 and 2013.
- Companies audited account for the proceeding 3 years.
- Evidence of compliance with the statutory Pension Act.
- Evidence of payment of Training Contributions to the Industrial Training Fund.
- Evidence of compliance with NSITF Employees Compensation Act.
- Profile of the Company including verifiable list of clienteles , letters of award/ Service Level Agreements and curriculum vitae of professional staff in the company’s employment which should include the following:
- Health and Safety experts
- Certified Facility Managers
- COREN Certified Electrical and Mechanical Engineers/Technicians
- On-site Staff and their portfolios
- list of relevant equipment with evidence of purchase if owned or leased agreement.
- Evidence of financial capability supported with bank statements for the last six months from a reputable bank.

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are required to collect detailed tender documents from the procurement department on the second floor at the Commission’s head office at the address below, upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N35,000.00 (Thirty-Five Thousand Naira per Lot) issued in bank draft in favor of Nigeria Communications Commission. The bid bond and tender fee receipt should accompany the financial bid.
Submission of Documents
The prospective Bidders shall enclose the original Technical and original Financial bids and all copies of the Bids in two (2) separate envelopes, and enclose the two (2) envelopes in one sealed outer envelope which shall bear the Lot description, the name and address of the Company and addressed to:

The documents should be dropped in the Bid box at the reception of the Commission’s Head office at Plot 423 Aguiyi Ironsi street, Maitama, Abuja not later than 12.00 noon on 13th March, 2014.
Opening of Tender:
The Technical Bids will be opened at 12.30pm same day at the Conference Hall in the Commission’s Head office Building, Plot 423 Aguiyi Ironsi Street Maitama Abuja. Interested Companies, Independent Observers and Members of the Public are invited to attend the opening exercise.
Please note that only qualified companies will be contacted in writing for the financial Bid opening.
