- The Consumer Protection Council hereby invites sealed Tenders and Expression of interest towards execution of the following projects and consultancy services in her 2014 Capital Budget
Lot 1 | Advocacy and sensitization on consumer Rights in English, Pidgin, Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba. |
Lot 2 | Printing, Distribution and Dissemination of Consumer Rights in Pidgin, English, Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba. |
Lot 3 | Development of Regulation for E-Commerce Guidelines |
Lot 4 | Printing, Distribution and Dissemination of E-Commerce Guidelines. |
- Detailed requirements including scope of work and terms of reference (TOR) are provided in the Standard Bidding Documents. A complete set of the documents in English Language may be obtained by interested bidders upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira only) at the address below.
- Interested bidders are required to provide the following documents:
- Certificate of incorporation:
- Company Audited Accounts for the past three years (2011, 2012 and 2013);
- Tax clearance certificate for the past three years (2011, 20l2 and 20l3);
- Evidence of financial capability and banking support:
- Experience/technical qualification and experience of key personnel:
- Similar projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry;
- Evidences of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration and past remittances.
- Evidence of compliance with the provision of section 16b (d) of Public Procurement Act 2007 as it relates to the Pension Reform Act 2004;
- Evidence of compliance with the provisions of sections 6 (l)-(3) of the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act 2011 No. 19.
- The tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure as specified in the Procurement Act, 2007 and the Procurement Procedure Manual published by the Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP) in January, 2008.
- Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Council at the address stated below.
- Two sets of each completed technical and financial bidding documents (original and copy) and a soft copy must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked “TENDER DOCUMENTS OR EOI” FOR EACH LOT to the address below not later than 11.00am on Monday, I “ December, 2014. ALL documents received shall be opened immediately after the closing of bid submission at the same address.
