Invitation to Bid
1.0 Introduction
The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) is the largest Television Network in Africa It has maintained a systematic growth through the years and today, it has more ‘than 100 Stations nation-wide.
1.1 Competent and experienced firms are invited to submit bids for the renovation of Studio complexes, supply and installation of Mast and Antenna.
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
2.1
LOT1. Supply and Installation of Mast element for NTA Gashua.
LOT2. Renovation of NTA Gashua Studio complex.
LOT3. Erection of 700 feet Guy Antenna for NTA Kaltungo
LOT4. Renovation of NTA Potiskum Studio complex.
3.0 Eligibility Criteria
3.1 Bidders are expected to submit the following as minimum qualification:-
(a) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Detailed Company profile.
(c) Evidence of registration with professional bodies such as COREN, ARCON etc.
(d) Evidence of current Tax clearance Certificate for at least three (3) years.
(e) Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act, 2011.
(f) Company’s Audited Accounts for at least three (3) years.
(g) Evidence of Financial Capability/Reference letter from a reputable bank.
(h) Evidence of experience and similar jobs done,
(i) Evidence of compliance with Pensions Reform Act, 2004.
4.0 Collection of Tender Documents
4.1 Tendering documents are to be collected from the AD (Procurement) NTA Headquarters, Area 11, Garki Abuja from 4th November, 2013 between 12 noon to 4pm, week days.
5.0 Submission of Bids.

The proposals should be dropped in the bid box situated at the Central Registry, Admin Headquarters.
6.0 Submission Closing Date and Time
The closing date for the submission of bid is on
Monday, 16th December, 2013 at 12:00 noon.
7.0 Opening Date and Time
Technical bids will be opened IMMEDIATELY after the closing time at the Authority’s Conference room, Area 11, Garki, Abuja.
8.0 Other Information
Only firms whose technical bids fulfill the minimum requirements would have their financial bids considered.
