Invitation to Tender
1.0 Introduction
The Management of the National Sugar Development Council (NSDC) hereby invites reputable and interested Construction Companies, Suppliers and Consultants to tender for the following 2014 Capital Projects being carried out by the Council.
2.0 Scope of Work
Lot 1: Partitioning; Supply and Installation of 2 Nos. 8-Person Capacity Lifts to 2 Nos Block of NSDC Office Buildings at 45/Oroago Crescent, Garki II Abuja.
Lot 2: External Cladding of 2 Nos. Block of NSDC Office Buildings at 45, Oroago Crescent, Garki II, Abuja.
Lot 3: Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies and Production Report of Kutchi Gbacinku Sugar Growing Area of Lapai Local Government Area (Niger state).
Lot 4: Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies and Production Report of Mambe Sugarcane Growing Area of Lavum L.G. A (Niger State)
Lot 5: Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies and Production of Report of Isanlu-Esa Sugarcane Growing Area of Yagba West Local Government Area (Kogi state).
3.0 General Requirements:
Only Reputable Construction Companies, Suppliers and Consultants wishing to carry out the above job should submit the following:
(i) Registration with CAC
(ii) Tax Clearance and VAT Certificate for last three years.
(iii) Evidence of registration with COREN, CORBOR ARCON etc (for Lots 1&2 only)
(iv) Evidence of previous experience on the jobs to be bided for.
(v) Evidence of compliance with provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2004
(vi) Evidence of compliance with provision of ITF Act. 2011
(vii) Evidence of registration with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria
(viii) Proposal should also indicate specific period for the completion of the jobs.
(ix) The quotation should be inclusive of all taxes,
4.0 Tender Instructions;
Interested Construction Companies, Suppliers and Consultants should collect bid document from the Procurement Department of the National Sugar Development Council, after payment of non-refundable tee of N25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand Naira only) per Lot.
5.0 Submission of Bid Documents:
The completed Tender Document with a copy of the receipt of Tender Fee shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked Lot 1: Partitioning; Supply and Installation of 2 Nos. 8- Person Capacity Lifts; Lot 2: External Cladding; Lot 3: Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies and Production Report of Kutchi-Gbacinku Sugar Growing Area; Lot 4: Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies and Production Report of Mambe Sugarcane Growing Area; Lot 5: Conduct of Pre-Feasibility Studies and Production of Report of Isanlu-Esa Sugarcane Growing Area at top right corner of the envelope and address to the:

Deadline for the submission of completed Tender Documents is on Tuesday 13th January, 2015 by 12noon while bids will be opened immediately at Block E Conference Room of Federal Secretariat, Phase II, Ground Floor, Maitama District, Abuja. Any Tender received after this date will not be entertained. NSDC is not bound to accept any tender and would not enter into correspondence with any contractor.
