Invitation for the Submission of Technical and Financial Tenders for the Rehabilitation of Critical Link Roads under the Rural Access and Mobility Project ( Ramp).
Introduction
The Federal Project Management Unit of the Rural Access and Mobility Project under Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has received Counterpart Funds towards the cost of the Rural Access and Mobility Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the Rehabilitation of Critical Link Roads.
- The Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) on behalf of the Ministry now invites eligible and registered Civil/Highway Engineering Companies for the submission of Technical and Financial tenders for the rehabilitation of the underlisted critical link road:
- 1 km Gnikoyi Dapma Village Road in Bwari LGA, FCT.
- Description of Service
The job shall involve double surface dressing of the road as detailed in the Bidding Document/Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation that shall be provided to interested Companies on payment of N10,000.00 tender fee in favour of the Rural Access and Mobility Project, Abuja.
- Qualification Criteria and Requirements
In order to be considered, interested and eligible companies should submit tender documents accompanied with the following:
(i) Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
(ii) Certified true copy of Particulars of Directors.
(iii) Certified true copy of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years ending in December, 2014.
(iv) Evidence of VAT registration with TIN No.
(v) Detailed evidence of compliance with Pension Act 2004(as amended).
(vi) Evidence of Compliance with the amended industrial Training Fund (ITF).
(vii) Last 3years audited company account.
(viii) Company Profile with CVs of the key Officers including photocopies of relevant Professional/Technical Qualifications.
(ix) Evidence of Company’s registration with COREN.
(x) Last of verifiable construction equipment indicating ownership or lease agreement.
(xi) Letter of Financial Capacity & Barring Support.
(xii) Verifying evidence of successful completion of similar works within the past three (3) years and attach copies of letters of awards and certificates of successful completion.
(xiii) Evidence of payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of N10,000 only in favour of Rural Access and Mobility Project.
(xiv) Consent Letter authorizing the Client to verify the authenticity of the claims.
(xv) Any other document(s) to support the qualification and tender documents as may be contained in the Standard Bidding Documents.
- Collection of Tender Documents
Prospective Bidders shall apply for Standard Bidding Documents upon written application addressed below:

Thereafter, the company shall obtain the bidding document on presentation of evidence of payment of a non- refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 at the RAMP office stated above.
- Submission of Tender Documents
Completed Technical and Financial Bids are to be Submitted in three (3) copies which includes one (1) original and two (2) copies. Each of the documents should have two (2) separate sealed envelopes clearly marked “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” and both sealed in a third envelop marked with the project title at the top right hand corner and addressed to the office below not later than 12.00 noon on 25th September, 2014 (4 weeks) from the date of this publication.
