Invitation for the Submission of Expression of Interest for the Supply of Vehicles to the Central Bank of Nigeria
The Central Bank of Nigeria requires the supply of vehicles to the Bank under the 2014 budget. Consequently, the Bank wishes to invite accredited dealers in Sedan vehicles, Water Tankers and Heavy Duty trucks to submit expression of interest for the supply of the following Vehicles:

1) 4 Door Saloon Vehicle, 2.0litres, petrol (Fabric Seats, AT (ref. no. CBN/VCH2014/01)
2) 4×4 Wheel Drive, Double Cabin Pick-up 2.7Ltr Engine, Petrol (ref. no. CBN/VCH2014702)
3) 16 Seater Bus (2700cc Petrol) 2.7ltr engine (ref. no. CBN/VCH2014/03)
4) 4 X4 Wheel Drive, SUV V6 8Seater, 4.0 Litre engine A/T Leather Seat (ref. no. CBN/VCH2014/04)
5) 30 Seater Bus, 2.7 Ltr. Engine (ref. no. CBN /VCH2014/06)
6) Sedan Vehicle 4 door, 2400cc, 17” alloy wheels, 2.4 litres, Leather Seats 2014 Model (ref. no. CBN/VCH2014/07)
7) Water Tanker (10,000 litres) (ref. no. CBN/VCH2014/08)
8) Aluminum Truck (Aluminum Box Body) (ref. no. CBN/VCH2014/09
Scope of Work
Provision of Vehicles listed above.
Submission
Submissions should be forwarded in a sealed waxed envelope boldly marked at the top left corner:
“Expression of interest for the supply of…………….. to

Mandatory
(i) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii) Certified true copy of Memorandum and Article of Association
(iii) Evidence of payment of tax for the last three (3) years as at when due (such evidence should reflect the value of the projects undertaken by the Company in the last three (3) years).
(iv) Certificate of Compliance issued by the National Pension Commission as evidence of fulfilling employer’s obligation to employees with respect to pensions
(v) Evidence of payment of training contributions to ITF (Industrial Training Fund)
(vi) Evidence of Registration with FRC (Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria),
(vii) Evidence of Accreditation with the respective vehicle manufacturers.
Others
- Corporate profile of the firm including CV of key personnel registered address, functional contact email address. GSM phone number(s), facsimile number(s)
- Audited accounts in the last three (3) years dully stamped by licensed Auditors.
Closing Date
All submissions must be received at the above address not later than 12 noon on 5th August, 2014.
Opening Date
All submissions will be opened immediately after the close of submission on 5th August, 2014 at 2nd Floor Wing D, Procurement and Support Services Department (PSSD), Central Bank of Nigeria, Abuja.
Important Notice
a) This is not an invitation to tender. Full tendering procedure will be applied to contractors prequalified and found capable of executing the project
b) Only Successful Contractors will be contacted for the tender process
c) Nothing in the advert shall be construed to be a commitment ort the part of the CBN
