Invitation for Tender/Pre-Qualification
A. Introduction
The Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun is a beneficiary of the year 2013 TETFUND Board of Trustee Special intervention Project. In view of the above, the University hereby invites reputable and competent companies for pre-qualification and tender submission in respect of the following project:
a.
1. Procurement of 30 systems of HP ProLiant ML3ioe Gen8 4GB Memory
2. Procurement of 10 pieces of HP Envy M4-1045IA 14.0” Intel Core i5 Notebook
3. Procurement of 30 set of Computer Tables + Chairs
4. Procurement and Installation of 40Nos Microsoft Office (Home & Student) and 40 Antivirus Systems
5. 30 Nos. 640VUPS
6. Installation Computer Based Testing Solution (CBT) Programme on 30Nos Computer System
7. Procurement and Installation of 2 pieces of HP LaserJet 20550 Printer
8. Procurement and Installation of 1 Unit of Universal Rack 27U
9. Local Area Network including materials for 40 points and Set up installations
B. Pre-Qualification Requirements
1. Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Certified True Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association duly endorsed by the Corporate Affairs Commission.
3. Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three (3) years: 2009-2011
4. VAT Registration Certificate and Evidence of Remittance to FIRS
5. Bank Reference letter.
6. Comprehensive company profile showing organizational structure with names of key personnel involved. (Enclose photocopies of professional qualifications).
7. Evidence of previous similar job undertaken stating clients, cost.
8. Sworn Affidavit that the company is not bankrupt.
9. Sworn Affidavit that none of the Directors is an ex-convict or bankrupt.
10. Audited Account and Annual turnover of the company in the recent three (3) years.
11. Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Industrial Training Fund (Amendment) Act 2011.
C. Submission of Prequalification and Tender Documents
Interested and competent firms/ Companies should submit their companies profile and the financial bid/breakdown in sealed envelopes clearly marked and addressed to:

D. Deadline for Submission
The documents must be submitted at the office of the Ag. Registrar not later than Thursday, 3rd April 2014 at 12:00 noon.
All submitted bids will be opened publicly by 12 noon same day at the Conference Room, Vice Chancellor’s office of the University.
CAVEAT
(i) Response to this advertisement shall not oblige the FUPRE to consider any firm for qualification.
(ii) All costs incurred as a result of response to this advertisement and any subsequent request for information shall be borne by the responding firm.
