Invitation for Prequalification and Tender
1.0 Introduction
The Federal Character Commission invites suitable and reputable companies to bid for the supply of the following project vehicles: –

(iii) Toyota Hilux – 30 NOS.
2.0 Requirement for Pre Qualification
All bids should be accompanied by photocopies of: –
(i) Evidence of company’s incorporation with CAC.
(ii) Coloured photocopies of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years (2011 – 2013).
(iii) Company’s audited accounts for the last 3 years (2011-2013).
(iv) Coloured photocopy of VAT registration certificate and VAT remittances.
(v) Evidence of verifiable similar jobs successfully executed.
(vi) Evidence of registration with/regular contribution to the Pension scheme.
(vii) Evidence of ITF Employer’s contribution.
(viii) Evidence of financial capability from a reputable Bank.
(ix) Any other relevant documents) that will place the company on a competitive advantage over others.
3.0 Details/Specifications
Details/specifications of the vehicles are obtainable from the office of the Director, Corporate Services Department, on presentation of the receipt for payment of nonrefundable tender documents fee of twenty-five thousand Naira (N25,000.00) only
4.0 Advert Duration: – 6 weeks from the date of this advertisement.
5.0 Submission:- Pre-qualification and Tender documents written in English Language (spirally bounded) are to be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked at the top left hand corner “Prequalification or Financial Bid for Supply of Project, Vehicles” (as the case may be) on or before expiration of the advert at 12: noon, 22nd September, 2014.
6.0 Location: MTB office. Room 104, ground floor at above mentioned address.
7.0 Opening of Prequalification Bids:- 22nd September, 2014 at Commission’s Boardroom at2:00pm.
Every bidder should ensure that the bid is registered and dropped into tamper proof bid box.
