Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender
Bioresources Development Centre, Odi, Bayelsa State hereby invites interested reputable and competent contractors/suppliers/consultant for pre-qualification consideration for the establishment of an Integrated Bioresources Cluster Feeds Production Lines at the Bioresources Development Centre Odi, as follows:
- Production facility Block/Infrastructure – Lot A
- Acquisition and Installation of production machines for
Grasscurter Concentrate Feeds – Lot B
Poultry Feeds – Lot C
Fish Feeds – Lot D
Construction of Conference Centre – Lot E
Accommodation for Visiting Scientist – Lot F
12. Requirement
All application for pre-qualification should be accompanied with the following documents for consideration.
1. Evidence of incorporation of the company/business names registration
2. Evidence of registration with Bioresources Development Centre, Odi, Bayelsa State.
3. Evidence of tax clearance certificate
4. Evidence of financial capabilities; bank reference letter
5. Evidence of similar project executed and technical capacity
6. Experience/technical qualification and experience of key personnel
7. Equipment and technology capacity
8. Evidence of non-refundable processing fee of N10, 000.00 for each log.
9. Evidence of registration with National Pension Commission (PENCOM) and Remittance of Pension Contributions of employees for Firms with more than five (5) employees.
3. Submission
Submission of pre-qualification documents
All interested contractors/supplier should make their submissions in a sealed envelope clearly marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION TO TENDER for LOT – and must reach the address below not later than 24th February, 2014.
