1. Preamble
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in pursuance of its statutory role invites reputable Companies to indicate interest to pre-qualify for the following projects.

3.0 Pre-Qualification Requirements
Prospective Companies are required to submit the following documents:
i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
ii. Audited Accounts of the Company for the last three (3) years (2010,2011 and 2012).
iii. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2010, 2011 and 2012).
iv. Evidence of 1% ITF Training Contribution
v. Evidence of Financial capability and banking support.
vi. A detailed Company Profile showing list of professional staff and their experience.
vii. Evidence of similar projects executed, letters of award/completion certificate and knowledge of the Industry.
viii. Equipment and Technical capability.
ix. Evidence of Annual Turnover.
x. Evidence of VAT Registration and past VAT Remittances.
xi. Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance, confirming Company’s fulfilment of its statutory obligations to the Employees, with respect to Pensions.
xii. Telephone (GSM) number(s) of the Contractor/Company’s representative(s).
xiii. Any other relevant information
4.0 Submissions
All submissions should be delivered in One (1) no. neatly bound copy in sealed envelope clearly marked: “Pre-Qualification for Procurement of the Items (Indicate Lot No.) as applicable and addressed to:

5.0 General Information
(a) For further enquires, interested company representatives should contact the Director, Voter Registry. INEC Headquarters, Maitama District, Abuja between the hours of 10.00am – 4.00pm daily from Monday to Friday during the period covered by this advertisement.
(b) The Closing date for Submissions of the Pre-qualification documents shall be on Friday, 28th March, 2014 at 10.00 a.m, while opening of the prequalification documents will be immediately after the closure of submission on Friday, 28th March, 2014 by 10.00a.m.
(c) Only successful Companies from the pre-qualification exercise will be invited for Financial Bidding Exercise.
