Invitation For Pre-Qualification For Equipping Of The Transport Technology Centre (TTC) Phase II
Introduction
The Nigerian institute of Transport Technology (NITT): Zaria, a Federal Government Parastatal under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Transport hereby invites suitably qualified and reputable contractors with proven competences and experience to tender for the equipping of the institute’s Transport Technology Centre Phase II.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested contractors are expected to possess the following requirements:
i. Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Evidence of VAT Registration
iii. Tax Clearance Certificate for the preceding three (3) years.
iv. Evidence of Registration with National Pension Commission and up to date Remittance of employee Contributory Pension Funds to Pension Fund Managers.
v. Evidence of Compliance with the Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act 2011.
vi. Comprehensive Company Profile.
vii. List of Verifiable documentary Evidence of Similar Jobs that had been successfully executed in the last three (3) years.
viii. Evidence of last three (3) successive years Audited Account.
ix. Financial Capacity Profile of the Company and Banking Support.
x. Information on Company’s registered address, functional contact email and GSM phone number(s).
Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
Interested contractors are requested to submit their pre-qualification documents, in a sealed envelope marked “NITT TTC Phase II Equipping” at the top left hand corner of the envelop, addressed to:

Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), PMB 1148
Basawa Road, Zaria.
The document should be deposited in the Tenders Box placed in the DG/CE’s office not later than 2pm on 13th October, 2014. Submissions shall be opened immediately at 2pm on October 13, 2014 in the Director General/Chief Executive’s Conference Room in the presence of bidders and interested members of the public.
Collection of Tender Documents
Tender documents shall be available for collection by pre-qualified contractors upon payment of nonrefundable tender processing fee of N10,000.00.
