Invitation for Pre-Qualification
A. Introduction
The Petroleum Equalisation Fund (Management) Board, in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, invites prequalification documents from interested, reputable and qualified companies for the execution of the under listed projects:
LOT 1 Backup Power Systems
LOT 2 Solar Backup Power Solutions
LOT 3 Routers
LOT 4 Structured Local Area Network
LOT 5 Microsoft Open Licenses
B Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested companies are to submit:
1) Evidence of Incorporation/Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2) Company Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2010-2012)
3) Company Audited Account for the last three (3) years (2010-2012)
4) VAT Registration and evidence of remittances in the last three (3) years (2010-2012)
5) List of similar, verifiable and successfully executed projects or ongoing by the company with letters of award and completion certificates. Letters of award and interim certificates of payment should be attached for projects that are on-going.
6) List of Managerial, Key Technical & Administrative staff of the Company which should include names, resumes and copies of certificates for each key staff.
7) Evidence of remittance of Pension Contribution Fund for staff of the company from reputable Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs) as provided in section 16, subsection (6d) of PPA, 2007.
8) Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) amendment Act as stipulated in section 6(1) (3) of the ITF Act.
9) Evidence of compliance with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN)
C Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
All envelopes shall be subjected to security checks before being sealed for submission. It is mandatory that submission forms are filled as the names of the companies not listed on the forms shall not be considered. All envelopes are to be addressed to:

Envelopes should be marked in front at the top: Pre-Qualification with the Lot Number and Project Description. The name of the company, mailing address and the contact phone number (mobile) should be written at the back of the envelope.

- Only technically qualified companies/contractors shall be invited to collect tender documents after due consideration.
- Submission of pre-qualification document is neither a commitment nor an obligation to award contract to any company.
- This advertisement should not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Board, nor shall it entitle any contractor to make any claims.
- The Board reserves the right to reject any pre-qualification documents.
D Closing of Submissions
Submission of pre-qualification documents shall close at 4pm on Monday March 24, 2014 at the Head Office.
