Invitation for Pre-Qualification
The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital, Bauchi, intends to procure the services of a Security Company; interested reputable Companies are hereby invited to submit Pre- Qualification Documents to that effect in the 2014 Capital Projects.
Pre-Qualification Requirements:
- Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2012 -2014)
- Evidence of Value Added Tax registration and remittance for three years
- Evidence of registration and payment of Pension and Social Security Contributions
- Audited account for the past three years
- Comprehensive Company profile with names and CVs of Directors
- Details of equipment/Vehicles
- Bank reference letter
- Evidence of execution of similar contracts including letter or certificate of successful completion to be attached
- Evidence of registration with Industrial Training Fund (ITF)
Submission of Pre- Qualification Documents
Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in sealed wax envelope marked 2014 PRE-QUALIFICATION at upper right hand side of the document which must be dropped into the tender box situated at the Administration building on or before 24th November, 2014, addressed to:
