1. The Government of Federal Republic of Nigeria has received a loan from the African Development Fund (ADF), towards the cost of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programme Sub – Programmes in Osun and Yobe States. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of IT and Office Equipment.

2.       The Federal Ministry of Water Resources now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and/or installation of the items listed below

3. To bid for both lots, a separate bid security for each lot should be provided. Presenting a single bid security for both lots may render the bids non-responsive. National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect bidding documents at the Office of the National Programme Co-ordinator, Programme Co-ordinating Unit (FPCU), Federal Ministry of Water Resources (FMWR), 3^rd Floor Bassan Plaza, Right Wing, Adjacent National Bureau of Statistics Central Business District Abuja F.C.T.

5.       A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the said Executing Agency, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand (N10,000) Naira only on Bank Draft, Payable to Federal Ministry of Water Resources.

6.       The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions are those of the Bank’s Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods.

7.       Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 11:00 am on 17^th July 2014 and must be accompanied by bid security of NGN400, 000 for each of the lots.
