Expression of Interest for Facility Management Services
In compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Nigerian Communications Commission intends to engage competent companies with proven experience to manage various facilities in its Digital Bridge Institute (DBI) Lagos Campus. To this end, facility management companies with good and verifiable track records are invited to submit documents for pre-qualification for the following Services.

DBFM1 | Premises management including provision of horticultural services, electrical and mechanical maintenance services and janitorial services. |
DBFM2 | Management of Sports facilities including Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Indoor and Outdoor sports pavilion and Arcade. |
DBFM3 | Management of residence and hostel facilities. |
DBFM4 | Management of Canteen and cafeteria facilities |
DBFM5 | Management of Laundry facilities |
Eligibility Criteria
Interested companies that wish to participate in the exercise are required to submit the following documents:
- Evidence of Incorporation and registration with CAC.
- Tax clearance Certificate for the preceeding 3 years i.e 2010, 2011 and 2012.
- Companies audited account for the preceeding 3 years.
- Evidence of compliance with the statutory Pension Act.
- Evidence of payment of Training Contributions to the Industrial Training Fund.
- Evidence of compliance with all Employees Compensation Act (NSITF).
- Profile of the Company including list of similar projects executed backed with letter of award, Service Level Agreement, Completion Certificate and Curriculum vitae of professionals staff in the company’s employment
- Evidence of financial capability supported with bank statements for the last six months from a reputable bank
Submission of Documents
The prequalification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Facility Management Services” on the right hand corner and the name of the company should be clearly written at the reverse side of the envelope. The documents should be addressed to:

The documents should be submitted in the Bid box in the reception of the Commission’s Head office at Plot 423, Aguiyi Ironsi street, Maitama, Abuja not later than 12.00 noon on 22nd Nov, 2013. Opening of the prequalification document will take place at the Conference Hall by 12.30pm same day. The general public and Independent Observers are hereby invited.
Please note that interested companies can submit proposal(s) for a maximum of two Lots and also only qualified companies will be contacted in writing to tender for the relevant service(s), which shall attract appropriate administrative and tender fee.
