Supply, Delivery, Installation, Training and After Sale Services of ICT, Office Equipment and Software to 5 Federal Agencies in Abuja, Nigeria

The Honourable Minister of National Planning who is the National Authorising Officer of the EDF and Contracting Authority Federal Governance Reform (SUFEGOR) project intends to award a supply contract for delivery, installation, training and after sale services of ICT, office equipment and software to 5 beneficiary federal agencies under the SUFEGOR project with financial assistance from the 10^th European Development Fund (EOF). The beneficiary agencies are Bureau of Public Service Reform, National Planning Commission, Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, National Bureau of Statistics and Federal Inland Revenue Service. The equipment to be supplied are in 5 lots as follows:

Lot I: Computer Hardware

Lot 2: Servers, storage and networking devices

Lot 3: Printing and general office equipment

Lot 4: Specialised software

Lot 5: Software

The contract notice and tender dossier are available from the office of the National Authorising Officer for the EDF/Honourable Minister of National Planning Commission, Room 202, Plot 421 Constitution Avenue, Central Business District (near the Dome), Abuja, Nigeria and will also be published on Tuesday 13^th May 2014 on the Europe Aid website: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/europeaid/online-services/index.cfm?do=publi.welcome.

Tenderers are to note the mandatory information session scheduled to hold on the 16^th of June, 2014 in Abuja.

The deadline for submission of tenders is Monday 14^th July 2014 (10.00am). Possible additional information or clarifications/questions shall be published on the websites of both the Europe Aid and Delegation of the European Union to Nigeria and ECOWAS, which are respectively indicated below:
