Corrections to the Tender Advertisement for the Procurement of Sundry Furniture, Office and Computer Equipment which Appeared on Monday June 22, 2015
(1) All interested bidders shall comply with the following qualification criteria in addition to those in the original tender advertisement.
(A) Compulsory and Mandatory Requirement:
(i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(ii) VAT registration and evidence of remittance.
(iii) Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) for the past three years (2012, 2013 & 2014).
(iv) Current Certificate of Compliance with National Pension Commission
(v) Certificate of Compliance with industrial Training Fund (ITF).
(B) Other Requirement:
(i) Evidence of financial capability from a reputable bank.
(ii) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by inclusion of Interim Registration Report issued by Bureau of Public Procurement.
(2) The submission of a Bid Security is NOT required.
(3) There will be NO Tender fee chargeable to collect the tender document for this procurement transaction.
(4) All other information as indicated in the original tender advertisement of Monday, 22 June 2015, remains same
