Addendum to Procurement Notice

This Addendum follows a procurement notice published in Daily Trust Newspaper (Pages 42 & 43) of 19th January, 2015, Guardian Newspaper (Pages 41 & 42) of 19^th January, 2015 and Federal Tender’s Journal of 26th January, 2015 (Pages 2 & 15: Volume 11 number 2 Edition).

The amendments of the notice are as follows:-

(i)      The closing date for Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Bid opening for procurement of Project Vehicle and Supply of Diesel would now be 10th and 11th March, 2015 respectively,

(ii)     The closing date for Expression of Interest (EOI) for maintenance of Heavy Duty Generators and catering services is now 10th February, 2015.

(iii)    All IFB and EOI must be in compliance with relevant Acts of the Federal Government.

(iv)    The Bank Draft should be address to ERGP counterpart Fund Account.

(v)     Electronic Bidding is not allowed.
